Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yuvexel (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Yuvexel Creator and its related website and services (the “Service”). Yuvexel operates from Ontario, Canada.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account information, including your email address and encrypted sign-in credentials.
- Images you upload and the edited image revisions you create.
- Prompts, conversations, titles, descriptions, tags, affiliate links, and approval choices.
- Pinterest account, board, section, and Pin information authorized through Pinterest OAuth.
- Essential technical logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security events.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the Service, process image edits, generate requested content, organize approved drafts, connect to the authenticated user's Pinterest account, publish only approved content, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
AI and service providers
When enabled by the account owner, prompts and relevant image context may be sent to the selected AI provider, such as OpenAI or a configured FreeLLMAPI service. Pinterest account data is shared with Pinterest only as needed to perform actions requested and approved by the authenticated user. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data solely to operate the Service.
Cookies and security
We use essential, secure cookies for authentication, session protection, language preferences, and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell personal information. API credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored on the server rather than in browser storage.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only while it is needed to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or where retention is required by law.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside your province or country. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for those transfers.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Service or applicable requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
